Alex Luyando is a results-oriented
information systems professional and
entrepreneur. Working in many different
environments from personal computers
to large IBM mainframe systems, Alex
has always been driven to find the best
balance between state-of-the-art
technology and cost-effective business
solutions. He is known for
consistently delivering more
than expected, and is always
on the look-out to find “one
more way to skin the cat” when
solving complex business and
technology problems.
He forgoes "quick-fixes" for
long-term solutions that will
best benefit J.C.N.'s clients. His
systems provide users with
greater flexibility, extensive
well-written user
documentation, and the ability
to scale the systems without
requiring extensive
modifications.
Prior to starting J.C.N.
Associates, Inc. (which
eventually became J.C.N. Associates, L.L.C.) Mr. Luyando
was Vice President of
Accounting Systems at
Citicorp. His degrees
are from Fordham
University, where he
received a B.S. in
Marketing Management
and a minor in
Computer Science with
Cum Laude honors. He
earned additional
certification at New
York University while
concentrating on
programming and in
Digital Equipment
Corporation (DEC)
systems. Mr. Luyando
is a WordPerfect
Certified Resource, and
performs beta testing
for major software firms
such as Microsoft,
TechSmith (known best
for SnagIt), and others.
He also serves as a
member of the
Technology Steering
Committee for a local
school district.
Alex Luyando is a proud member of
